This is the second time I've purchased Kosher salt from Global Products. First of all I like to support Israel as and where I can, and buying David Kosher Salt is one way I can. Having said that I just can't go back to the 'other' salt now. I use this salt in my baking, cooking and on the table, wouldn't be without it now. What I really like is when I've boiled new potatoes, drained them and added a little butter, lots of mint and then this kosher salt. Awesome, easy peasy and delicious. Shàlom - phyllis
