Equagold’s Belgian Couverture Chocolates are the choice of chefs throughout New Zealand.

this 56% dark comes in block form in a 6.25kg slab.

Available in 70% Dark, 53% Dark, and Milk chocolate, they are all made from cocoa beans sourced from West Africa.

The 53% Dark offers a sweeter profile than the 70%, and is often used by our cafe chefs in ganache, cakes and ice-cream.

Gluten Free and Dairy Free.

All these chocolates temper easily and offer a very smooth mouth feel.
