The Martin Braun "Schokobella" cream fillings (truffle mix) are of very high quality and allow to create a variety of chocolate fillings & coatings for pastries.
Schokobella dark, milk & Schokobella white creams.

Processing:
Whip 1.1kg of "Schokobella" with 500gr of softened unsalted butter, in a mixer at high speed for 5 minutes.
Add 70gr of Martin Braun Dessert paste if required.
