These green lentils are grown in France by our partner farmers in the Center and Champagne then packaged in Valenciennes, in the North.

In addition to respecting the environment thanks to their cultivation method requiring neither nitrogen fertilizer nor irrigation. Lentils naturally enrich the soil for subsequent crops.

Our selection: Soufflet Agriculture selects the best green lentil seeds for its partner farmers using trial plots. The tests carried out allow for an improvement in agronomic techniques.

Our farmers: They are sent to our farmers to be sown following the wise advice of our technicians. Our silos: Our experts support farmers until harvest.

The green lentils are then transported to our collection silos.

Our factory: The Soufflet Alimentaire factory in Valenciennes, in the North (59) receives the green lentils for sorting and cleaning (stones, earth, grass, etc.), all according to strict specifications!

They are finally packaged and sent to stores.

Quick cooking:


Rinse the lentils under cold water then put them in a pressure cooker with 3 times their volume of water.


Cook for 8 to 10 minutes from the time the valve turns.
 

Classic cooking:


Rinse the lentils under cold water then put them in a saucepan with 5 times their volume of water.

When boiling, cook for 20 to 35 minutes.
