Our pasta is produced using the best quality Italian durum wheat semola and water according to traditional recipes. It is then extruded through a traditional bronze press that gives the pasta a coarse texture and a light colour. The pasta is then dried at very low temperatures over an extended period so as to totally preserve the pasta’s quality and flavour.
