The Equagold Speculaas spice is a traditional Dutch spice used to make the most delicious gingerbread style biscuits during the winter and festive season. 

Made with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom and white pepper. Traditional to Holland, this mix is used in baking, especially for cookies.
