Equagold’s glace ginger is great in cakes, biscuits and ice cream as well as a variety of desserts where it is complimented by the sweet syrup used for preserving the ginger.
Try eating it straight from the jar and experience the contrast to the more harsh flavour of crystallised ginger. When the ginger is all used up save the syrup for a topping on ice cream – yum!
